The first digital menopause magazine for iPad is here!

If you are a woman over 40 or one of the 6,000 women every day that enters menopause, I want you to know about the release of a new digital magazine targeted to your needs – Menopause Magazine.

Every woman who experiences menopause knows how out of control all the extreme physical, emotional and hormonal transitions feels and how much time it takes to figure out how to deal with the changed nutritional, exercise and sexual needs. I know from helping over 10,000 women over the past 30 years how anxious you are about how your body is changing, what is normal and what is not, what are treatment options, which options are best, understanding the risks, knowing what’s new on the horizon and dozens of similar questions.

The goal of My Menopause Magazine is to provide a go to resource for women in this changing time of life to help you save time and anxiety optimizing your emotional and physical health. Today the average doctor visit lasts only about eight minutes and that small window allows little time to ask the important questions about menopause as a health and lifestyle concern and its impact on daily life. To complicate things further, the medical world keeps changing its mind on what is safe and what isn’t, and the constant stream of new products and information can be terribly stressful and confusing.

What’s particularly exciting about the format of My Menopause Magazine compared with print magazines is the ability to incorporate videos, audio and even music into the educational process. It transforms learning about the questions and challenges women in perimenopause and menopause face into an interactive experience. That is particularly helpful because some people learn best by seeing, some by reading and others by hearing. You can learn the way you learn best.

The FREE App is available in the Apple Newsstand and formatted for iPad. The first issue of My Menopause Magazine is FREE. Click Here for your FREE issue now.
