Are you a Red Hot Mama?
I am a ‘Red Hot Mama’ and most of my friends are too! If you are peri-menopausal or menopausal I would suggest you are a ‘Red Hot Mama” too!
‘Red Hot Mama’s has been coined by Karen Giblin at her informative web site with the same name, Red Hot Mamas.
What is Red Hot Mama’s all about? There is an informative ‘Menopause Minute ‘ sent monthly by Karen. In it she touches on issues relevant to all red-hot mammas from physical and mental health, beauty, and questions and answers.
The Red Hot Mama site has a huge list of doctors on its’ expert list. No surprise because the Red Hot Mama organization is a teaching organization with programs presented at hospitals or clinicians’ offices. You can find a facility that offers a program near you by going to the home page and clicking on ‘Find a RHM Program‘. If there isn’t one near you, why not request one?
Karen has been the force behind this site for years. This year she decided to change things up and offer more resources to the site in the form of a shopping page. Here is where I come in and I couldn’t be more delighted to have our company’s sleepwear included. You see I have been following Karen for years!
