Just as no two women are alike, the transition through menopause can vary from person to person. Some women coast through menopause, experiencing few symptoms. For others, the transition can be more challenging. But no matter how your body reacts, it’s important to have a deep understanding of menopause. Knowing what to expect, how to deal with symptoms, and how to communicate with loved ones can be the most important tools in dealing with the change.
