Please tell us about the menopause journey. As all Red Hot Mamas know, the menopause journey has many different manifestations. The founder of Red Hot Mamas, Karen Giblin knows this best! Karen listens daily to thousands of women going through menopause and discusses how they are dealing with it.

Red Hot Mamas needs your help and values your input!

Dr. Mary Jane Minkin, Clinical Professor of OB/GYN, Yale University School of Medicine has been asked to host a series of podcasts of women telling their stories about how they faced menopause, and how they coped with the situation.

We are reaching out to find women like yourself, to share your story. Your names will all be anonymous and certainly the finished podcasts will not share anyone’s personal identity.
