Add Your Voice to a Global Menopause Survey…“Menopause Unfiltered” – Real Voices & Real Lives
At Red Hot Mamas North America Inc., we wanted to share a meaningful initiative we think is worth your time.
A global survey is underway with an ambitious goal: to gather the experiences of at least 10,000 people impacted by menopause. This includes not only women who are going or have gone through menopause, but also their partners, family members, colleagues, and workplace leaders – because we know that menopause not only affects women but also affects those around them.
This project was inspired by a business leader who, through his spouse’s menopause journey, realized how rarely people talk openly about it. Together, they created this survey to better understand real-world experiences and help move the conversation forward in 2026 and beyond.
The questionnaire is available in English and Spanish, using the following links:
ENGLISH ESPAÑOLWe’ve both taken the survey and found it thoughtful and easy to complete (it took around 10 minutes to complete). We encourage you to participate and share your experience—there are no right or wrong answers, and every voice matters.
The participants and their responses are anonymous.
We’re excited to see what insights come from this effort and will share updates along the way. You can follow along at www.redhotmamas.org
