Nuvance Health and the Red Hot Mamas® Present: The Norwalk Menopause Support Series

Join us for an engaging, interactive, and informative series designed to empower women who are preparing for, or currently experiencing, menopause- and the people who care about them.

You’ll gain:

• Expert-led education on menopause and midlife health
• Helpful resources for managing symptoms and improving well-being
• A supportive space to ask questions and connect with others

Together, let’s make menopause a shared journey- not a silent one.

Please dress comfortably, as some sessions will feature guest-led activities that require movement.
