Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one – YIPPEE! It’s a New Year! And, it’s a brand new start to a new year. That means it’s time that many of us make New Year’s resolutions. Our team at Red Hot Mamas truly do not want our resolutions to be a distant memory in the months to come, and we hope that we can keep them. So, to help us stay motivated, I’d like to share our resolutions with you. I hope that by sharing them, you can hold us accountable and that we can do the same for you if you have made resolutions, too. Here’s a small list of our resolutions that we have compiled:
- Help others
- Eat healthy food
- Get fit
- Lose weight
- Manage stress
- Spend more time with family and friends
- Enjoy life more
- Get better organized
- Save money
I’d love to hear more about the type of resolutions you have made and the success you have with them. Whatever they are, even if they are tiny individual ones that you stick with throughout the year, please consider them wins that will contribute to more happiness. We hope that you can stay motivated and enthusiastic about life and all that it has to offer as you embark into a fresh new year.
