Insomnia is the triumph of mind over mattress! It’s a fact that menopausal women are not sleeping soundly and it can be a very frustrating challenge. The cat is out of the bag, thanks to our recent Take Back Your Sleep survey results. Seventy-nine percent of menopausal women reported having trouble staying asleep, while 63 percent struggled just trying to fall to sleep. Our friends over at Fab Over Fifty aren’t sleeping either, but the good news is, it’s bringing us together to gain a new understanding of how we can all take back our sleep!
